WINTER: We have hired people to shovel the private driveway during winter and the main road is plowed by the city. However, we are not responsible for the any issues with ice and snow on the driveway or on the road itself. Winter weather can be unpredictable in Muskoka for your convenience please be prepared to shovel or use snowblower if needed. The levels of snow vary greatly from the city.

This is our 2nd time staying at Allen's home, and we're so glad we came back! Allen was very accommodating for some minor issues that we faced which made our stay very comfortable. If you're looking for a quick getaway from Toronto - this is the place to stay!

Great house with lots of room for our family of 6. The snack cupboard supplied by host was enjoyed by all and a nice bonus. Close to many attractions, restaurants and grocery stores. House was very clean, especially bathrooms and bedrooms. Kitchen well equipped to accommodate home cooked meals. Overall a wonderful stay with no complaints. Allen was a great host and responded to all inquiries in a timely manner.

A beautiful, clean and very well equipped cottage. We had a very comfortable and fun long weekend. There is a lot of attention to details. The deck with full mosquito screens was lovely to sit outdoors till late at night. They even have a rechargeable mosquito zapper, which our 7 year old grandson was in charge. I would highly recommend Allen’s place to everyone, Allen is an amazing host.

We had a wonderful time at this peaceful home in the forest. We were concerned about the road conditions after the recent ice storm, but the roads and driveway were perfectly cleared, and we had no issues. The space is well designed and welcoming. We had everything we needed for a lovely long weekend. The pantry filled with complimentary snacks was a very nice touch. Allen was a great host - he was quick to respond to any questions, and the check-in/checkout process was simple. We plan to return!

It was amazing experience at Allen’s place. We really had good family time.. check-in was so smooth and cottage was so clean and perfectly matched with the pictures mentioned .. has beautiful views. Host is really responsive and friendly. We really had good family time and played games..we like the lazer gun game the most. Best experience ever.. will recommend to visit.

We had an amazing time at the Air Bnb. The location was perfect for the winter, being nestled in a forest covered in a blanket of snow. The couch was incredibly comfortable (we still talk about it). The house was clean. The snack cupboard was incredible. A very cosy and lovely place to stay
